An Exclusive Sherry Dinner

**SOLD OUT!!**

The fortified wines of Southern Spain’s Jerez area--Sherry to us Americans--

were once the most popular and sought-after wines in the world; enjoyed by Kings, explorers, artists and commoners alike.  However, in recent times it has become something of a forgotten niche.  This is both a shame and a blessing: a shame, because drinking a fine sherry can be one of the most amazing and memorable wine experiences ever, and the wine pairs beautifully with food; and a blessing, because the unfashionable reputation of sherry (brought about, in part, by sickly- sweet imposters from California) means you can purchase top-quality examples for a fraction of the price of the other great wines of the world.

At Perrine’s, we’d like to change that reputation.  We love sherry and we think you will love it, too!  So, we are hosting an exclusive Sherry Dinner to shine a light on the wonderful yet largely forgotten sherries of Southern Spain!  Once you’re in the know, you’ll never turn away from sherry again!

This dinner will feature a 7 course meal, each course paired with a delicious sherry.  In addition to the meal, we will teach you about the history of the Jerez region, the terroir of the vineyards, and the complex process of making sherry.  Don’t miss this rare opportunity to taste and learn about these underappreciated gems of the wine world!
