Brooks Winery Tasting

This day has finally come, I’ve been waiting a long time to host a wine tasting with Brooks Winery.

I discover the winery over two years ago, the wine wasn’t for sale in Georgia, it took some time to find a great distributor and get everything ready for us to start selling it.

Founded in 1998, Brooks is a reflection of the visionary Portland native, Jimi Brooks.  His reverence for the land and vines made him a practitioner of organic and biodynamic farming.  The great respect for vineyard individuality and mastery of blending, allowed his wines to achieve the greatest depth, flavors and balance.

Their approach to winemaking is simple. They seek natural balance in the vineyard and cellar, to show the true expression of terrior in our wines. They are passionate about organic and biodynamic farming; as they believe it not only creates better wines, but these important practices help keep our earth alive and ecosystem intact.
