♦ 1 stick butter or margarine
♦ ¼ cup lemon juice
♦ 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
♦ 2 tablespoons dry mustard
♦ 2 small or 1 large bay leaf
♦ 1 heaping teaspoon seasoned pepper
♦ 2-3 pounds grouper fillets (any game fish will do)
Combine first six ingredients in saucepan and heat until you smell the aroma of
bay leaves. Place fish fillets on covered grill at medium heat, skin-side down.
Baste every five minutes until fish is done (about 20 to 30 minutes).
Note: In a oven, place fish in casserole. Pour sauce over and cover. Cook at 350
degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
