The 2024 growing season was marked by abundant winter rainfall, a cool spring, and an extended growing season, allowing the grapes to develop mature flavors and phenolics while retaining excellent freshness. The grapes were hand-picked and night harvested, whole-cluster pressed, and settled in chilled stainless steel before fermentation.
