These hills are full of clay and limestone soils. The grapes are manually harvested in small cases of 15 kg before passing through a selection table to avoid bunches not according with the winery's quality. This wine was fermented in stainless steel vats for 10 days controlling temperature. Aged for 2 months with its lees.
