A wine with age is a cherished thing, but the reality is that there are really few wines meant for aging! For those bottles that can evolve in a meaningful way, the question then becomes - how long do we wait? Did I open it too soon...or worse, did I open it too late???
Relax & put yourselves in our hands, as we lead you through six iconic selections that show just how beautiful a wine with age can be.
This seated tasting is limited to 8 people, will start promptly at 7:30 pm at our Westside location, and lasts about 90 minutes.
We will be serving 6 wines + light charcuterie and cheese.
