Brown Estate is the first and only Black-owned estate winery in Napa Valley, California, known for its award-winning Zinfandel and family-run, sustainably farmed vineyards. Join us as we taste through a curated selection of their wines.
Founded in 1996, Brown Estate is a family-owned winery located in Napa Valley and is celebrated as the first Black-owned estate winery in the region. Operated by siblings Deneen, David, and Coral Brown, the winery has earned acclaim particularly for its robust and expressive Zinfandels, as well as Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. The estate emphasizes sustainable farming practices across its 50 acres of vineyards. Brown Estate's commitment to quality and community has made it a pioneering presence in both the wine industry and Black entrepreneurship in wine.
Join us as we welcome Christopher Gaither MS to our Westside location, who will guide us through the evening's wines.
This seated tasting is limited to 16 people, will start promptly at 6 pm at our Westside location, and lasts about 90 minutes.
We will be serving 6 wines, accompanied by light charcuterie & cheese.
