Pasaeli is a boutique Turkish winery established in 2000 by Seyit Karagözoglu. Located in the Aegean region of Turkey, Paşaeli focuses on producing high-quality wines from both indigenous Turkish grapes like Sultaniye, Yapıncak, and Karasakız, as well as international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc. Known for its commitment to expressing regional terroir and reviving forgotten native grapes, Paşaeli combines modern winemaking techniques with a deep respect for Turkey’s ancient viticultural heritage.
Join us as we welcome Seyit to our Westside location, who will guide us through the evening's wines.
This seated tasting is limited to 16 people, will start promptly at 6 pm at our Westside location, and lasts about 90 minutes.
