We are looking for an ambitious and charismatic Wine professional. You must be passionate about wine, food, service, and people.

Our hours of operation are Monday - Saturday from 10:30 am - 8 pm and closed on Sundays.

STORE MANAGER

As Wine Shop Manager, you will work directly with our Sale Director and CEO. You will lead the team, develop the business, and continuously deliver high service standards. We welcome creative ideas and require an energetic approach, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain service standards and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and develop exceptional Wine Knowledge with your team.
  • Develop a motivated and high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional service and achieving weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Managing the Wine Shop and Tasting Room while supporting the company's Vision.
  • Maintained store inventory in order, product ordering, and interaction with sales representatives.
  • Maintain weekly posts on social media based on Company’s vision.
  • Follow Lost prevention policies.
  • Maintain Merchandising based on Company’s vision.
  • Identify areas for growth and sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining and managing all operational processes in the store. (Scheduling team, Maintaining SOP’s)
  • Manage the POS platform (Lightspeed + Shopify)
  • Management of the P&L, payroll, and all financial aspects of the wine shop.
  • Hiring and training team members with support as needed.
  • Creating projects and controlling their completion to keep the store ideally neat, clean, well-stocked, and organized.
  • Being able to make reports, knowledge of Microsoft Word, general understanding of Excel. Ability to learn fast.
  • Previous experience working as a Wine Shop Manager or Senior Sommelier in a similar environment.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities and Skills

  • Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing excellent product knowledge
  • Provide outstanding customer service by listening and exceeding customers needs.
  • Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records. Help create a regular following and maintain regular customer relationships
  • Process payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards
  • Assists with receiving and stocking wine
  • Attend staff education sessions
  • Setup and execute occasional before or after hour events/tastings (public or private)
  • Maintain company standards
  • Excellent Organizational and Multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in the wine industry + certification highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS, Lightspeed retail

Assist Store Manager with:

  • Delivery check-in and invoice input
  • Processing of special orders
  • Merchandise ordering and display
  • Visual setting of the Shop
  • Ensure every customer receives a stellar customer experience
  • Team training, coaching and development
  • Resolution of customer issues/complaints
  • Daily delivery scheduling
  • Wine Club orders and member management
  • Interviewing, hiring, and enrolling
  • Ensuring product descriptions are up-to-date on the website
  • Meeting sales goals and improving sales strategies

RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

Job Responsibilities and Skills

WINE MERCHANDISER / DRIVER

Job Responsibilities & Skills

  • Must 21 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, which may also depend on your preference for part-time or full-time hours
  • Receive wine deliveries Tuesdays at 8am.
  • Deliver same-day orders throughout Atlanta city zip codes.
  • Check in deliveries, ensuring invoices match products delivered.
  • Stock wine and products safely and efficiently
  • Identify a style of wine by the label alone to understand where it will fit in our shop layout
  • Responsible for properly entering all new products UPC codes into our POS system, and all new products have their correct universal product code.
  • Be able to lift 45+lbs and endure 8+ hours on their feet
  • Light store upkeep and merchandising
  • Be able to pass an instant driving record report and a comprehensive nationwide criminal record background check.
