With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kat brings a deep appreciation for flavor, craft, and guest connection to the wine world. Before joining the team, she owned and operated a successful bakery specializing in custom wedding cakes, where creativity and attention to detail were key ingredients.

Kat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sales from Kennesaw State University, blending a strong business foundation with a flair for hospitality. A longtime wine enthusiast, she fell in love with Rhône varietals during a formative visit to Paso Robles in her 20s—an experience that continues to shape her wine journey.

Currently working toward WSET Level 2 certification, Kat is passionate about making wine more approachable and engaging. Whether it’s through thoughtful recommendations, approachable education, or fun conversation, she aims to bring a fresh and enjoyable perspective to wine for every customer.
