ABOUT THIS WINE

This cuvée was crafted exclusively from the 1985 harvest, featuring a blend of 95% Pinot Meunier and 5% Chardonnay, sourced from the villages of Damery, Venteuil, and Reuil in the Champagne region. The 1985 Vinothèque underwent classic vinification in stainless steel vats without malolactic fermentation, preserving its natural acidity. After bottling in 1986, it was aged for 35 years in underground cellars, undergoing riddling by hand. The wine was disgorged in 2021 and received a dosage of 4.2 grams per liter.
