"Mas La Plana" is the flagship wine of Familia Torres, made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the estate’s exceptional vineyards in Penedès. This single-vineyard wine has gained international acclaim for its depth, complexity, and ability to age gracefully. Although overall climate conditions were normal in 2009, the weather varied throughout the year. The beginning of the vegetative cycle was cold and rainy, but most of the growth period was warm and dry, particularly the ripening stage, which accelerated this process. The quality of the harvest was good: very healthy grapes with high sugar levels.
