ABOUT THE WINE
Crafted exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the Grand Cru vineyard "Les Perthois" in Verzenay, this Blanc de Noirs reflects the unique terroir of the Montagne de Reims. The 2015 vintage experienced a warm and humid climate, leading to ripe and concentrated grapes. Vinification involved fermentation in both barriques and 600-liter demi-muids to enhance complexity. The wine matured for over 60 months on the lees before disgorgement in January 2021, with a minimal dosage of 1.5 grams per liter, resulting in an Extra Brut style that emphasizes purity and terroir expression.
