ABOUT THIS WINE
This exceptional Champagne is made entirely from Chardonnay, sourced from the prestigious Grand Cru vineyard of "Les Chétillons" in the village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of the top crus of the Côte des Blancs. The wine undergoes fermentation with natural yeasts and is aged on its lees for over 6 years to develop depth and complexity. It is dosed with a minimal amount of sugar to preserve its Extra-Brut style. Bottled in 2017, it was disgorged in 2023 to allow for optimal freshness and expression.
