ABOUT THIS WINE
Crafted exclusively from the Savagnin grape, this Vin Jaune originates from the "En Spois" vineyard, characterized by its clay soils and eastern exposure. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The wine then undergoes a minimum of six years of oxidative aging under a veil of yeast ("sous-voile") in old oak barrels, without topping up, resulting in its distinctive depth and complexity.
