ABOUT THIS WINE
The grapes used in the production of this wine come from the best vineyards with prevalently clay and calcareous soils.in the communities of Barbaresco and Neive. Grapes are collected exclusively by hand, quickly brought to the cellar for destalking and soft pressing. The wine ages one year in Slavonian and French oak barrels, then is blended into a large classic cask of Slavonian oak. The wine completes its aging in the bottle for some months before release.
