ABOUT THIS WINE

Dalmau Reserva 2019 is a blend of 82% Tempranillo, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 6% Graciano, sourced from the Canajas vineyard within the 300-hectare Ygay Estate in Rioja Alta. The Tempranillo ferments in stainless steel, while the Cabernet Sauvignon and Graciano ferment in small oak vats, with daily pumping over and delestage operations. The wine is aged for 20 months in 225-liter new French oak barrels from Allier, followed by 6 months in concrete vats before bottling.
