ABOUT THE WINE
Crafted from meticulously selected Syrah grapes sourced from various vineyard parcels across the Swartland region, this wine reflects the diverse terroir of the area. The vineyards are primarily composed of ancient granite and schist soils, contributing to the wine's distinctive minerality. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Aging occurs in French oak barrels, with a minimal percentage of new oak, allowing the wine's purity and terroir-driven character to shine through.
