The 2020 Patrimony Cabernet Franc is a singular achievement from the limestone-rich soils of the Adelaida District—an exceptional sub-AVA of Paso Robles. Sourced exclusively from high-elevation estate vineyards, the fruit benefits from significant diurnal temperature swings, which preserve acidity and intensify phenolic development.

Fermentation is carried out with native yeasts in small concrete tanks, followed by aging for 30 months in 100% new French oak barrels. This élevage imparts subtle complexity and polish without overwhelming the varietal purity.
