ABOUT THE WINE

Crafted in the heart of the Loire Valley, this Chinon is made entirely from Cabernet Franc grown on a mix of sandy-gravel and limestone soils. The 2021 vintage highlights the grape’s hallmark freshness, offering lively notes of raspberry, cranberry, and plum intertwined with herbal and mineral nuances.

Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve aromatic precision, followed by aging in a combination of concrete and neutral oak to soften tannins while maintaining clarity and terroir expression. The result is a balanced wine that reflects both vintage character and site specificity.

Versatile and food-friendly, “Cuvée Terroir” pairs beautifully with roast chicken, grilled lamb, charcuterie, mushroom dishes, and classic French bistro fare. Its brightness and structure also allow for short- to mid-term cellaring.
