ABOUT THIS WINE

100% Schioppettino from a south-east facing slope in Prepotto, in the Province of Udine. Vine age is 50 years old grown on Ponca soil (marl of marine origin). Fermented in stainless steel on indigenous yeasts only; approx 14 days of skin contact and 100% malo matured in stainless steel for 8 months.
