Lively and focused on the palate, offering vibrant citrus and orchard fruit flavors and a gingery nuance that adds back-end spiciness. Finishes nervy, energetic and long, featuring lingering suggestions of bitter lemon pith and dusty minerals.

ABOUT THIS WINE
100% Godello. Fruit is all estate owned and organically grown in the Valdeorras DO region of northwest Spain. Vineyard is located in the town of Larouco, which sits at 1,968 feet elevation. All fruit is hand picked. Grapes are all destemmed and crushed. Unfermented juice macerates on the skins for 8-12 hours. Zero malolactic fermentation takes place. Wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
