The 2021 Luis Seabra Xisto Ilimitado Tinto is a field blend from some of the best vineyards in the Douro Valley, with a focus on indigenous Portuguese varietals like Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo fermentation with wild yeasts in open lagares (traditional granite fermentation tanks). The wine is then aged in old oak barrels to preserve its freshness and express the unique terroir of the Douro. The result is a wine of great elegance and depth, with a clear sense of place.
