ABOUT THIS WINE

The fruit for the RS5 2021 is from the third Riesling pick, pushing into the riper stone fruit side of the spectrum with white peaches and green mango characters. Good palate weight and firm structure, with hints of iodine and ginger drawing out the back palate.

The fruit was de-stemmed and crushed before being pressed. Fermented using indigenous yeast with no fining or filtration in stainless steel.
