Momo is an entry level Sauvignon Blanc at the iconic New Zealand estate, Seresin. Made from estate and some purchased grapes, the wine is treated and vinified the same way as the estate's top cuvées. 100% Certified Organically grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes; alcohol: 13%; vineyards in Omaka Valley; average vine age over 25 years; warm, wet spring with early flowering, then cool, moderate temperatures and long ripening; fruit cold stabilized for 72 hours; long cool fermentation in stainless steel; aged on lees for short period; vegan and vegetarian friendly.
