ABOUT THIS WINE

Crafted from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, this Ripasso undergoes a traditional "ripasso" method where the wine is refermented on the lees of Amarone, which imparts additional depth and complexity. After fermentation, the wine is aged in a mix of large oak barrels and stainless steel tanks to refine its structure and enhance its character. Bottled in early March 2024, this Ripasso is ready to enjoy now but will also develop further with a few years of aging.
