The combination of these portions provides a wine full of varietal fruit expression balanced with texture and concentration. A multi-dimensional wine with fresh gooseberry, floral and citrus notes on the nose; the palate brings honeysuckle and white flesh nectarine, granny smith apple and some grassiness; bright acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering.

ABOUT THIS WINE

The grapes were harvested according to flavor and skin ripeness. To express the purity of fruit flavors from the winery's site the majority of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks. A 25% portion was fermented in aged oak barriques and another in skins for aromatic spice and texture. The combination gives a wine full of varietal characters that express the site at Urlar.
