"Pintas" is the flagship wine of Wine & Soul, produced from a single, historic vineyard planted more than 90 years ago with over 40 traditional Douro grape varieties interplanted together. Situated in the heart of the Cima Corgo, the vineyard's schist-rich soils and low-yielding old vines produce fruit of exceptional depth and character. The grapes are traditionally foot-trodden in granite lagares, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in French oak barrels, allowing the vineyard's remarkable complexity to shine. The outstanding 2021 vintage combines remarkable concentration with freshness and precision, resulting in a wine of exceptional elegance, structure, and aging potential.
