a Charge! is a natural sparkling wine made using the Pétillant Naturel (Pét-Nat) method, where fermentation is completed in the bottle, resulting in a naturally occurring effervescence. The wine is crafted from hand-harvested Chenin Blanc grapes, grown on the slopes of the Loire Valley. After fermentation, the wine is bottled without disgorging, leaving a small amount of lees for added complexity and texture.
