ABOUT THE WINE
Sourced primarily from the Siebert Ranch in the heart of the Russian River Valley — a site planted on loamy Goldridge soils beneath the shade of its namesake ancient oak tree — this Pinot Noir reflects both the cool coastal influence and meticulous vineyard care. The 2022 vintage benefited from a long, moderate growing season, allowing for extended hang time and excellent phenolic ripeness.
The grapes are farmed sustainably, with organic practices in place and a focus on soil health and biodiversity. In the cellar, fermentation occurs with native yeasts and partial whole clusters to enhance aromatic lift and textural complexity. The wine is aged for 10–12 months in French oak barrels, with a restrained percentage of new oak (typically under 30%) to preserve varietal purity and site expression.
