ABOUT THIS WINE
Made from 100% Grenache sourced from organically farmed vineyards in San Luis Obispo County, this wine reflects the cool, ocean-influenced climate of California’s Central Coast. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with native yeasts, using a portion of whole clusters to enhance aromatic lift and structure. Aging takes place in neutral oak to preserve freshness and varietal purity. Bottles without fining or filtration.
The 2022 vintage is marked by bright red fruit, floral aromatics, and savory spice, with a texture that’s both plush and precise. Notes of cranberry, red plum, sage, and crushed rock carry through to a clean, food-friendly finish.
