ABOUT THIS WINE

Vines are located at an altitude of 241 to 285 m and a gradient up to 25%. The grapes are gently harvested by hand, carefully sorted, and slowly pressed after approximately 24 hours of skin contact. Spontaneous fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and 10% in large wooden barrels. The wine is then aged on its lees for 12 months.
