ABOUT THE WINE
Sourced from high-elevation vineyards in Terra Alta, the 2022 'Portal' Blanco is a blend of organically farmed Garnacha Blanca and Sauvignon Blanc, grown in limestone-rich soils that lend clarity and tension to the wine. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel, followed by brief aging on lees to enhance texture and mouthfeel.
