About the Wine

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this Chassagne-Montrachet Rouge comes from vineyards planted in clay and limestone soils, offering both richness and finesse. The 2022 vintage was marked by a warm and balanced growing season, producing wines with excellent ripeness, freshness, and structure. On the palate, layers of red currant, black cherry, and cranberry unfold, accompanied by hints of spice, forest floor, and a subtle smoky touch from careful oak aging.

Fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in French oak barrels (a portion new, but never overpowering) to enhance depth and complexity while maintaining purity. This wine is approachable in its youth but has the structure to develop beautifully over the next 5–10 years.
