This Brut Nature sparkling wine is crafted from 100% Chenin Blanc grown on biodynamically farmed vineyards in Montlouis-sur-Loire—directly across the river from Vouvray, with similarly complex flinty-clay and limestone soils. The 2022 vintage benefited from healthy ripening conditions that allowed for pristine fruit with high natural acidity, perfect for sparkling production. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled for secondary fermentation in the traditional method, this cuvée is aged sur lattes and disgorged with no dosage, highlighting the grape’s intrinsic energy and mineral core.
