ABOUT THE WINE
Produced from 100% Chardonnay grown on classic Kimmeridgian limestone soils, this Chablis reflects both the precision of the site and the freshness of the 2023 vintage. The growing season favored aromatic clarity and natural acidity, resulting in a wine that is both expressive and energetic.

The nose opens with lifted citrus, orchard fruit, and subtle floral notes, underpinned by a distinct mineral backbone. In line with Domaine Moreau-Naudet’s philosophy, the wine is crafted with minimal intervention: sustainably farmed vineyards, native yeast fermentations, and élevage in stainless steel and neutral vessels to preserve purity and terroir transparency.

On the palate, the wine is linear and focused, with a crisp structure balanced by a lightly rounded mid-palate. Its hallmark salinity and stony character carry through to a clean, persistent finish. Exceptionally versatile, it pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, sushi, grilled fish, and fresh cheeses, while its balance also makes it enjoyable on its own.
