“L’Olivet” is a classic southern Rhône blend, composed primarily of Grenache, with Syrah and Mourvèdre rounding out the profile. The fruit comes from vineyards in and around the village of Sablet, which is nestled between Gigondas and Séguret in the foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail. The soils here are sandy and limestone-rich, contributing to the wine’s finesse and aromatic lift.

The 2022 vintage was marked by warm, dry conditions with ideal ripening for Rhône varietals. Grapes were harvested at optimal maturity and fermented in concrete and stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness. Aging was done in large neutral vats, allowing the terroir and blend to speak clearly without oak influence.
