ABOUT THE WINE
Sourced from steep, terraced vineyards along the granite slopes of Condrieu, the 2022 vintage is 100% Viognier, harvested at full physiological ripeness to capture the grape’s opulent aromatics and natural texture. Guigal’s Condrieu is vinified in a mix of stainless steel and used oak barrels, with lees aging to add creaminess without overshadowing the varietal character. The vintage reflects a warm growing season tempered by diurnal shifts that preserved freshness and aromatic complexity.
