ABOUT THE WINE

Bussia is a historic cru in Monforte d’Alba, known for producing Barolo with depth, structure, and impressive longevity. Rinaldi’s expression is 100% Nebbiolo, showing layers of red fruit, violet, licorice, tobacco, and mineral earth alongside the firm tannic structure characteristic of the site. Traditional fermentation and extended maceration are followed by lengthy maturation in large Slavonian oak, allowing the wine to develop complexity while preserving the transparency of Nebbiolo.

The 1.5L Magnum is particularly suited to extended cellaring and gradual development. Pair with braised beef, wild boar, truffle pasta, porcini, roast game, and aged Piedmontese cheeses.
