ABOUT THIS WINE

Crafted in the traditional-method style known in South Africa as Méthode Cap Classique (MCC), the “Rosé Cuvée” combines the richness of Pinot Noir with the freshness and structure of Chardonnay. Sourced from the Western Cape’s cool, maritime-influenced vineyards, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle followed by extended lees aging, developing fine bubbles and elegant autolytic complexity. The 2022 vintage balances ripe berry fruit with vibrant acidity and a dry, polished finish.
