Sourced from approximately sixty selected plots primarily located in the villages of Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault, with additional contributions from the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise, "Les Sétilles" reflects the diverse terroir of Burgundy. The 2022 vintage experienced higher-than-average temperatures and below-average rainfall, resulting in healthy harvests with balanced acidity and ripe fruit flavors. The vinification process involves aging about 60% of the wine in Allier oak barrels (10% new) and the remaining 40% in stainless steel tanks, preserving the wine's fresh varietal character while adding subtle complexity. This Chardonnay pairs excellently with dishes such as grilled fish, shellfish, poultry in creamy sauces, and soft cheeses.
