ABOUT THE WINE

Produced from 100% Cannonau, Sardinia’s historic expression of Grenache, “Centosere” comes from mature vines rooted in the sun-soaked, limestone-influenced landscapes of southern Sardinia. The vineyards benefit from warm Mediterranean days, cooling sea breezes, and naturally low yields that create concentration while preserving freshness.

The wine is fermented with a focus on purity and regional identity, with aging in neutral vessels rather than new oak to highlight Cannonau’s natural aromas and texture. The result is a wine that combines ripe red berries, cherry, subtle floral tones, wild herbs, spice, and a touch of earthy complexity. Supple tannins and a rounded mouthfeel make it immediately approachable, while its structure reflects the rugged Sardinian terroir.
