Hand-picked Chardonnay grapes were whole-bunch pressed and fermented in seasoned and new French oak barriques, undergoing partial malolactic fermentation and nine months of maturation on lees to enhance texture and complexity. The result is a Chardonnay of remarkable tension and elegance: white peach, grapefruit zest, and almond meal unfurl across the palate, underpinned by a linear acid backbone and chalky phenolics.
