“Les Luchets” is a lieu-dit located just below the forest line west of Meursault village, where higher elevation and deeper limestone soils lend brightness and minerality to the fruit. Organically farmed and harvested by hand, the fruit is fermented with native yeasts and aged in French oak barrels (mostly used, with only a modest proportion new) for 12–15 months, followed by a period in tank before bottling.
