“Les Blondins” is a collaborative project between the renowned Troisgros culinary family and the Sérol family, one of the leading names in the Côte Roannaise. Crafted from Gamay grown on granite soils in the upper Loire Valley, the wine expresses the freshness, energy, and understated complexity that define this emerging appellation.
