Produced entirely from Chardonnay grown in the Chablis appellation of northern Burgundy, “Gloire de Chablis” reflects the region’s famed Kimmeridgian limestone soils—rich in fossilized marine sediments that contribute to the wine’s distinctive mineral character.

The grapes are carefully harvested and gently pressed before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This approach preserves the purity of the fruit and the bright acidity that define the style of Chablis. The wine typically spends several months aging on its fine lees, adding subtle texture and complexity while maintaining freshness and clarity.
