ABOUT THIS WINE

Made from Cabernet Franc, “De Sangre” is sourced from selected high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza, where intense sunlight, cool nights, and low humidity create ideal conditions for producing deeply flavored grapes while preserving natural acidity. The combination of elevation and Mendoza's dry climate gives the wine both concentration and freshness.

The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before fermentation, with maceration designed to extract color, aromatic complexity, and the fine tannins characteristic of Cabernet Franc. The wine is then matured in French oak, allowing the structure to integrate while adding subtle notes of cedar, spice, and tobacco without obscuring the variety's floral and mineral character.

The 2023 vintage offers an attractive balance between ripe fruit and savory complexity. It is already compelling, but its concentration and tannic structure give it the capacity to develop further bottle complexity.
