ABOUT THIS WINE

“Aux Échanges” is a small, finely situated 1er Cru near the heart of Chambolle-Musigny, known for its light, well-draining limestone soils and protected exposure that enhances aromatic precision. In 2023, the vintage's even growing season and cool nighttime temperatures preserved the delicacy and energy typical of the site. Fermentation included about 30% whole clusters to heighten perfume and texture, and the wine was matured in 25% new French oak over 14 months to support, not mask, its ethereal character.

This 1er Cru delivers classic Chambolle purity—red berries and crushed florals wrapped in an ultra-fine tannic frame. There's a sense of weightless intensity here, with just enough grip and drive to age gracefully over the next 10–15 years. Pair with refined dishes such as duck breast with hibiscus glaze, roast quail, or soft-ripened cheeses like Brillat-Savarin.
