The 2023 vintage benefited from a balanced growing season, allowing for full phenolic ripeness without sacrificing tension or freshness. Whole-cluster fermentation was employed judiciously, lending aromatic lift and structural grip, while aging in 40% new French oak for 16 months deepened the wine's texture and complexity.

On the nose, the wine offers a brooding interplay of black fruits, crushed herbs, and graphite.
