ABOUT THE WINE

This Valpolicella is crafted from the traditional trio of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, harvested from organically farmed vineyards nestled in the hills of Mezzane di Sotto, east of Verona. The 2023 vintage benefits from a balanced growing season that preserved fruit brightness and aromatics. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel using indigenous yeasts, with a short maceration to preserve freshness and varietal clarity. The wine rests briefly in tank before bottling to retain its crisp, youthful profile.

Fragrant and expressive, it delivers aromas of ripe red cherry, pomegranate, and a hint of almond, with subtle herbal undertones. The palate is clean and agile, showcasing tart berry fruit and gentle earthy spice with a whisper of crushed stone minerality. Ideal with antipasti, margherita pizza, or roasted vegetable dishes, this wine is a natural companion to convivial meals.
