ABOUT THIS PRODUCER
Domaine Mélanie Pfister is a family-owned winery located in Dahlenheim, in the Alsace region of France. Established in 1780, the estate boasts a long tradition of winemaking. Mélanie Pfister represents the eighth generation of the family to manage the estate.
After studying oenology and gaining experience in renowned wine regions such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, and New Zealand, Mélanie returned to the family winery in 2006. The winery cultivates approximately 10 hectares of vineyards, growing traditional Alsace grape varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, and Muscat.
Emphasizing sustainable farming practices and minimal intervention in the winemaking process, they produce wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.
